Orders normally process and ship within 1-4 business days of placing you order. We will notify you if it will take longer than 5 business days to ship your order.
All Returns must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You must call during normal business hours to obtain an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA number. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order from CashRegisters.Net L.L.C. and to obtain a refund of the original purchase price of the product less a 25% restocking fee. This excludes all programming, customization, any services, labor costs and S&H charges. Returns are not allowed after 15 days. You MUST return the product at your expense in undamaged condition. If there is damage to the equipment upon return, you will be charged for the cost of new parts to replace the worn or damaged parts in addition to the 25% restocking fee. All manuals must be returned with the products. You are responsible for costs of returning products back to CashRegisters.Net L.L.C. business location. Shipping costs are non refundable. Programming, customization, any services and or labor costs are non refundable. Damaged merchandise and or products purchased though CashRegisters.Net are not eligible for return or refund.
